Fern Exposition Service is the official services provider for Pacific Northwest Ground Water Expo. 

Through Fern’s online exhibitor service portal, you can access information, order, view, track and collaborate with your team on all the elements required to ensure you have a successful event.

First time users are prompted to set up their password, which will be used for all events where Fern is the General Service Provider. 

Returning users are prompted to sign in using their email address and previously created password. If you have forgotten your password, you may simply click on “forgot your password” and follow the instructions.  

Encore is the offical provided for AV, electrical needs, and internet access

 All exhibiting companies must register booth staff. Complimentary registrations included:

• Tabletop, outdoor, or 8×10 booth → 2 staff
• 8×20 booth → 4      staff
• 8×30 booth → 6      staff

Additional staff: $50 per person.
